I love these recipes because they help me cut back on a lot of the junk that was in my diet without sacrificing flavor. Since I started cooking recipes from this book, I've felt healthier and more energized.

(Robert Rose, $29.95) also offers up health advice, like how to reduce sodium intake, and nutritional and cooking tips, such as how to be a smart shopper, avoid food waste and what Omega-3 fats are (and how seeing that on the label doesn't guarantee the food inside is good for you).
