Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect First Paleo Cookbook! I bought this a while ago just to decide if we wanted to go the paleo route and it has been amazing!! The recipes are simple i have had no troubles with any of them and they all come out amazing! I find myself reaching for it time and time again, which i did not expect to happen! I was prepared to love a few recipes but i have loved everyone we have made so far!! Some ingredients I had troubles finding but found it super easy to substitute with other variations(mushrooms and fats for exampl). Some of the best money I have spent on a cookbook!

The layout is fantastic with recipes grouped into three categories: 1) Those with little cooking experience 2) Those with some cooking experience 3) Those who love to cook. Many of the recipes are extremely tasty and easy to make.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Cookbook! Regardless of whether or not you eat by Paleo standards this cookbook is great! The author Melissa, loves to eat and it shows in every recipe throughout this book, every recipe is delicious and creative and really allow for so many different flavors to your dinner table. Some of the recipes may look daunting, but rest assured - they are easy to cook, and will make you look like a seasoned chef to those you are cooking for!! Great book, everyone should own this! I cannot wait for Well Fed Two to come out at the end of this year!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So many great recipes! I don't eat paleo, but do like a lot of the principles (i.e. no processed food). This cookbook is fantastic. We have tried a few different recipes so far and they have all been fantastic (mmm... meatza and pad thai).
