Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Performance Communications Reading this book made me want to go to work for “Fierce Inc.” If Fierce was a certification, I would get the designation. The principals Susan Scott presents in this book capture many of the ingredients in my very own personal brand. This is a great book on communication and getting to the heart of the matter. For me the nugget in this book is a question: “What are you pretending not to know?” Go out and buy it….spread the word. Hire this woman in your company…let her work with your teams. This is GOOD stuff.
