Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yawn Another worthless book in the vein of the self help variety! Nothing new under the sun, nothing we haven't seen before from the likes of Tony Robins and other lifestyle gurus of his ilk. The US and increasingly the rest of the world who are naive enough to buy into this crummy and hypocritical American philosophy of "life's short, play hard" and other such non sense, don't tolerate failure and those who loose. And so these books who assume that everyone is a winner, never considering the troubling reality that some people just won't make it...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Performance Communications Reading this book made me want to go to work for “Fierce Inc.” If Fierce was a certification, I would get the designation. The principals Susan Scott presents in this book capture many of the ingredients in my very own personal brand. This is a great book on communication and getting to the heart of the matter. For me the nugget in this book is a question: “What are you pretending not to know?” Go out and buy it….spread the word. Hire this woman in your company…let her work with your teams. This is GOOD stuff.
