Rated 5 out of 5 by from My kids now eat green smoothies! I originally borrowed this book from the library about 3 months ago. It has lots of great recipes in there but I took the basic recipe and followed the suggestions for making it appeal to kids and now my four kids (ages 7, 9, 14, 16) drink a green smoothie everyday! With kale, spinach, field greens, flaxseed.... I have since purchased this book to have it in my kitchen :)
