The information in the book is what children need to learn at a young age and the general population would feel so much better if this information was shared with everyone. The author (Paul Chek), is a holistic health practitioner, and very well respected speaker, lecturer, and practitioner in the fitness industry with over two decades of experience. Instead of covering up problems with bandage fixes, or unsubstantiated dieting stragegies, Paul Chek provides good, scientifically researched methods that are modifiable for the individual. The topics covered in this book get to the root of mankind's health problems and teach how the body works for lifelong health. I have and will continue to recomend this book to friends. It is the only book to cover the importance of eating properly, sleep, orgranic food, dgestions, a great chapter on stress, assesments for which muscles you may have tight, and a great list of exercises. Awesome. One of the best health and lifestyle books I have ever written. A hiden gem!
