Rated 5 out of 5 by from JAMIES ITALY An amazing hardback book full of pictures recipes and a little history of all the little Italian villages and their signature dishes. Reminds me so much of my roots! Some of the recipes are known as 'poor mans food' but today these dishes are the most richest in flavour and so good for the health! Well worth buying, if you're an avid cook or even just to put on a coffee table to peruse! Excellent buy!
