Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hard to put down! Very great read! I read the book long before the TV show, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Love all of the characteurs and the scandelous details of their personal lives. Some parts of the book are very slow as the author does give great amount of detail, but still a great read. I thought that the TV show was amazing... can't believe it got cancelled. :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For once; TV is better than the book! This book was okay. I'm a fan of the show and thought I'd give the book a shot. The book was okay... a slow read at times with monotonous details. The one thing I really liked was that it accurately portrayed a successful woman, who is in the position of supporting her man, her family, and her own needs... the dialogue describing that was spot on.
