Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little something for everyone! Tracey brings a fresh perspective to a challenging workout. The book was filled with lots of great idea’s but not many new ones. The strength exercises are a challenge and the DVD really helps to show you what it is that Tracey is doing. (However she looks really bored in the pictures and DVD, I would have liked to see more enthusiasm from her) In the end I found it was good book for those who already workout regularly. If you don’t this might be really hard. I teach as a fitness instructor and will bring some of my classes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from interesting approach I think the exercises Tracy teaches in her book are unique - they work muscles that you tend to neglect and it's a pretty comprehensive (and initially v. time consuming endeavour). The supplementary DVD only shows you basically how the moves should be done and goes through them quickly. I liked her approach because many of the exercises seem to be based on ballet barre technique (adapted for the mat), so it's a decent strength workout.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Finally! Something to help me because her DVD's don't! I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 30 years. I am 51yrs young and in better shape than most 20 yr old clients. Her DVD's were so hard to follow. I am a trooper and I kept at it. I liked the concept although I don't agree with it fully. I think it is something to add to your workouts. She is definately thinking outside the box. Her DVD's are very difficult to follow. Her instructions are horrible. However, the book is so helpful and it comes with DVD that explains her concept better. She comes across as standofish in her DVD's certainly not in her book. Be prepared to wokr your tail off. She is one tough cookie and get out of your commfort zone.
