I am a sales trainer, so I read a lot of material to keep up to date of trends and new ideas. This is definately geared more for small business owners than sales representatives that are employed by a company, but both groups can benefit. Chet Holmes, gets big time results and has a number of rock solid ideas to help you make strong gains in your business. From the basics like time management and building a strong foundation for your business to how to structure and word those dreaded cold calls...to thinking totally strategically about your business. This is a good book to read and have in any collection and it will help you think differently about how you approach your clients and your business.
