Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Vow I enjoyed this book very much. It was well written and an easy read, enjoyed it more than the movie.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Story of true love This story portrays true love, and how you need to decide to love everyday. It doesn't just come, but you have to make the decision to be with someone, regardless of the time that has passed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Vow A truly inspiring story. Disappointed in the movie version as there was little little shared about their faith and Christian values, so the book was a refreshing look at these integral aspects of their amazing story!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The vow Not one of my favorite reads. But not the worst!!!! Perhaps the movie will prove to be much better? Which is odd..as its normally the other way around!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The vow a beautiful true story of the power of staying faithful to what you SHOULD do regardless of anything. I started reading it at 11 at nite and finished it in the wee hrs of the morning. The story itself is awesome. You'll be glad you got it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Vow The true events of what happened to Kim and Krickitt recaptured in words moved me much more then the silver screen did. The film completely changed what actually happened as all movies do, but the essence of their love was still preserved. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who can afford to keep an open mind to faith as it is, to my surprise, heavily based on the Christian faith. You won't have known just watching the movie! I finished this book in half a night while on a sleepless hay feverish state and couldn't put it down once I've started the 1st chapter. One of those books that will change many of your perspectives in life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiring book. I read this book in a day as I couldn't put it down. A story of real hope and commitment seldom found anymore.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Book exceeds the content of the Movie This book was such an inspiration into the commitment-covenant this man had for his wife and how he fought to win her heart back. Story is not politically correct as it shows true Christian embodiment to the sanctity of the marriage, the unrelenting love for the other spouse, the never quit and must prevail heart attitude, and the understanding that when our vows following the Bible states one flesh - we are no longer one we are join in love by three strands - god, husband, and wife! Bless this family and their love.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful! I wish I didn't pay money for this!!!!! Repetitive... boring...and NO substance other than the constant phrases on how devoted to God they were. Truly the worst book I've ever read.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just ok I really expected a lot more from this title and was really disappointed with the content and the writing style. I am sorry to say, it just did not live up to my expectations. Perhaps it was all the hype surrounding the title and premise that someone could love someone in that capacity that drew me to reading the storyline in the first place.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Adequate I was hoping for more with this book. Granted, it was a very easy read (read the entire book in a matter of hours), but that was because of its simplicity. I was hoping for a more engaging book, however this book fell short. It was more like the transcript of an interview, rather than a novel. It is an inspiring story, however, it would have been much better had it been written by a more prolific author.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enjoyable! I enjoyed reading this book. Had a great meaning to it. Fast paced, easy read and heart-liffting. Showed the meaning to "true love" and compassion. Even when thing are tough and going in the wrong direction of your life that you had planed, keep hope theres still a shinning light your way. It was a little rushed but like I mention was a really enjoyable book reading, and can't wait to watch the movie. To you all going through a hard time right now, read this book, nothing is as hard as it seems with hope and love you can get by anything With GOD!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not What I Expected This is such a heart-felt story, yet I didn't feel such a strong emotional connection to the people. I felt like this book was somewhat rushed and could've gotten more in depth. I'm looking forward to see the movie though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good read Wasn't what I expected-a nice, good read. Was very touching that it is a true story, and is based on these two people lives-Kim and Krickett. However, didn't realize who much religion is involved in the base story line. I really liked the fact that there are pictures of the actual couple, can then make the story more real! Would definately recommend the book!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's interesting. I am finishing the book because I bought it from Kobo eBooks. Not really my type of story as I am not religious, I haven't seen the movie, but I've seen the trailer I thought it would be more like the trailer...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great romantic story! This story has many twists and turns. Honestly, I never expected this story to have as many surprises as it did. I personally cannot related with this book because I'm not as old as the characters or as accomplished. However the story of the main character that lost her memory really touched me and made me want to relate to her. This story showed me how difficult life can be for other people. I have never experienced the parental pressure she has and it inspired me to never be like that when I become a parent. I thought this story's main theme was more about following your dreams than love. The main character had to go through a lot to get to her happy place with her husband. It shows that life can truly come full circle if you believe in yourself and your abilities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For Better, For Worse. This was the most inspiring story I've ever read. A husband who sticks to his vows, a wife who forgets him but falls back in love with him and a love that you can only find once in a lifetime. I've read the book and saw the movie but they are NOTHING a like. They are far different, the only thing the same is the general storyline so if you think you don't need to read the book because you saw the movie, that should not be the case, it's a MUST READ! It was a quick read but after reading it, you will not be the same. I highly reccommend this true story. This book is the true events that inspired the movie so it's important not to get the two mixed up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Message It's really easy to lose faith during difficult times and ask yourself and God - What did I do to deserve this? This story is about a couple that doesn't question God in that way and instead has remarkable faith in His plan. Very inspirational!
