Rated 4 out of 5 by from An easy read with practical applications An interesting take on getting to the next step in leadership. It all makes sense when you read it, though some of the things he suggests are much easier said than done. I have no doubt that the changes he recommends would indeed "get you there." I think it would certainly help to have someone guide you, keep you in check and watch for blind spots. Overall, a good read and opportunity to reflect on your own leadership.
