From eating to exercising to skin/hair care, makeup tips. No outrageous promises, no quick fix solutions, just plain common sense. I am giving it to my friends for Christmas, its just that GOOD!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book! I'm a big fan of clean eating and this book is one of the best ones that Tosca has put out so far. It's definitely got a lot more info in it than others (i.e. it tells you how to eat, gives a beginner workout and a great journal template!). It's also quite simple to understand. This is really handy as it gives tips for those in their 30's, 40's & 50's ; however, I thought there should have been some more info for those who are younger/older, more tips for families etc.
