Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heartwarming I received this book for a honest review. This was a heartwarming story that captivates you from the first page. For me personally this story was a tearjerker for me. As the story hit closely to home, on the pages I didn’t have tears in my eyes I was mopping them up. I think Kate did a great job portraying some of the everyday struggles and worries a Mother has when they have a child with underlying health issues. Paige has been taking care of her son for years on her own, but this Christmas year after her neighbor talks her into accepting some help. Having been so touched by Jason, Paige’s son, Daniel a businessman decides to sponsor them as a Christmas Angel. Daniel is a cynical man who finds he wants to get into the spirit of Christmas for Jason’s sake. Paige and Daniel the both of them so fearful of being hurt and having to rely on anyone, struggle along the way trying to find their way together. This is a definite read for Christmas time. It’s filled with hope, friendship, and love.
