But when a kiss under the mistletoe unlocks the simmering passion between them, Rina and Cameron may just find love for the holidays after all .

The Sheik and the Christmas Bride

When Prince As'ad of El Deharia agrees to adopt three orphaned American girls, he does so on one condition-that their beautiful teacher, Kayleen James, become their nanny. His plan is to leave her to deal with the children as he continues his life, undisturbed. But all that changes when Kayleen and the girls invade the palace-and As'ad's heart-and change it for the better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was okay A Christmas Bride by Susan Mallery is a bindup of her two holiday stories, "Only Us", and "The Sheik and The Christmas Bride." I love Susan Mallery's books, and I'm currently working my way through her Fool's Gold series. Since "Only Us" is a Fool's Gold novella, I decided to go ahead and pick this one up, and was looking forward to getting to read two of her holiday stories. If I had just been reviewing Only Us, I would have given it four stars, as I loved the short but sweet tale of a dog groomer who's fallen in love with her boss at the vet clinic she works at, and has started to wish that him and his daughter could finally be her family in time for Christmas. While it was definitely short, I thought it was well written, the character's had amazing chemistry, and the daughter, Kaitlyn, added another adorable element to the story. Unfortunately, I did not feel the same way about "The Sheik and The Christmas Bride" and I only ended up rating that one two out of five stars. I personally found the Sheik to be downright obnoxious and off putting, and I'm not personally a fan of the whole controlling you're my property type of romance novels. So while I definitely recommend Only Us, I don't personally recommend The Sheik and The Christmas Bride. I still love Susan Mallery's novels however, and I can't wait to continue on with the rest of the Fool's Gold series.
