The superb sequel to Blood Sisters continues the breathtaking saga of the passions and hardships experienced by these unforgettable heroines, united again in their love for the country of their childhood.
Barbara and Stephanie Keating grew up in Kenya. One sister now lives in France and the other in Dublin. Their first novel was the bestselling To My Daughter in France. This was followed by the acclaimed novels Blood Sisters and A Durable Fire, which along with In Borrowed Light, make up the Langani Trilogy

Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continued excellence Loved the second book in this series of three. The story has all the elements as described in the review of the first book Blood Sisters. This superb sequel confronts catastrophic loss and delirious happiness, savagery and degradation, limitless beauty, soaring hope and redemption. I could not describe it better than that. Big tick from me.
