Rated 5 out of 5 by from Diana Gabaldon I love all of her books - she's an amazing writer; she's original and fresh, witty and deep, and she can touch your soul and give you a history lesson all in one. Read one and try to stop ... I got hook after one chapter and read them all. Looking forward to the next "Jamie and Claire" but also the the next "Lord John", he's my favourite character not only is he a damn good friend to the Fraser's, but the things that happen to this guy can make you laugh and cry at the same time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Know Roger's Parents It's nice to learn a little bit more about Jerry and Dotty. The big books gave us a glimpse but this novella shows us the depth of their relationship and a little more insight into each's person's personality. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Leaf on the Wind of All Hallows These novella are the perfect 'fill in' for the Series. It fills the gaps ..these are not necessary for the Series, however, they complete the story like filing in the background of a painting.

Friends of Roger feel a piece of their hearts click together in a puzzle that is unravelled over decades by true Gabaldonians. Herself has created a tidy little novella to clear up all the secrets ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, quick read Learning more about the "bulges" in the Claire and Jamie story is great fun. Now I want to find out how Roger and his 6 times great grandfather happened to be in Northumbria when Jerry went through. The whole series is the best historical, science fiction bodice ripper in print. Possibly ever...
