Rated 5 out of 5 by from just try it I've tried many recipes in this book and they all turned out well and tasted amazing. The apple butter cinnamon rolls are excellent; I've been asked several times for the recipe. Even if you aren't a cook, check out the beautiful photos, regional menus, and interesting anecdotes about Canada's regional cuisine (past and present).
