Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hot and funny I liked it, it's not all about sex, and the main girl isn't all shy about life really. Savitri has to now be one of my favorite leading ladies hands down. Not only is se smart and funny, she's brown, I'm sorry but I'm getting bored with everyone always being white. this book is hot and edgy which is always a great mix. if you are a vampire lover or demon..angel or if you like girls who can stand their own then this is a must read! and a plus if you go to Meljean's website you can get bookmarks to go with the book if you ask nicely!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Read! I hadn’t read the book before this one and I kind of felt like I was fumbling around for a while trying to get my bearings. After reading enough I started catching on to every thing. I think the characters are great, their funny, sexy and paranormal. My cup of tea. The story line is amazing the ending was great and Meljean Brook knows how to keep a reader in suspense and not bore the reader to death with all the details she had in there. For me it’s a great start to what’s obviously going to be an amazing series.
