Rated 4 out of 5 by from This book series 'the Abarat' is incredible! Story of girl who swept away from the ordinary town she grew up in and is bored of. ...to a world of different 'Time' and 'people'. I find it so hard to describe this book because there's so much going on in it. I think there's 4 or 5 books; beautifully written. Only one reason why I haven't given 4 intead of 5 stars is that the Amazing artwork; also by Barker has been omitted! What the hell!? I've found that you don't necessarily need it but I miss it.
