Donald Makkelloicht. 13 October, 1558. Isobella Scot, daughter, and one of the heirs of q. Patrick Scot, citizen of Glesgw (notwithstanding she had formerly resigned a booth of the tenement after mentioned) resigned in favour of Donald M'Kelloycht the fourth part of a tenement of the said q. Patrick, lying t.c, between the lands of q. David Letrige on the south and the lands of Henry Wilsoune on the north. Witnesses: John Grahame, Archinbald M'Lawchtlane, George Herbisoune, John Mertyne, John Mwre, and Robert Burne. Thereafter, Donald M'Kelloycht sold the said fourth part to Jonet Jamisoune, spouse of Andrew Maxuell. Sasine given by Mr. Adam Wallece, bailie. 461. Mr. Allan Stewart. 20 October, 1558. William Roger and Alisone Watsoune, spouses, sold to Mr. Allan Stewart an annualrent of six merks Scots furth of a tenement of land, lying t.c, between the tenement of William Hill on the south and another tenement f. 92. of the said William Roger on the north. Sasine given by Mr. Adam Wallece, bailie. Judicially ratified by Alison in absence of her husband. Witnesses: James Huchisoune, Thomas Huchesoune, and Robert Burne, serjeant. 462.
