Rated 5 out of 5 by from Read this if you have chronic fatigue! I read this when I was going through a period of fatigue, and it opened up my eyes on how I came to this state. This book provides a comprehensive high level look on adrenal fatigue and systems affected. More importantly it provides actionable steps and recommendations on supplements to help you start feeling better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Essential reading This book is a real lifesaver. Adrenal fatigue is easy to scoff at until you are suffering from it. It is very real and very unpleasant. This book not only lays down the foundations for recovery - which in itself is a long and frustrating process - it also shares the experience of the doctor treating it and patients suffering from it. There is nothing more powerful than relating to the experience of others. I have read this over and over and particularly when I 'crash' and get down, I re read and always uncover something new. If you don't feel right and can't work out why, or if you know you have an issue with adrenals, cortisol, thyroid or any of the other myriad of things that make up this syndrome, then get this book above all else and start getting well again!
