Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shows you how to drive change at work when you lack authority I have bought three copies of this book to share with students in my courses.  I work with John in a course to train Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and they regularly list his Advocacy lessons as one of their favorite parts of the course.  This book provides the same lessons my students receive and that he provides in a popular MBA course at the University of Texas.   I use these lessons to improve my teaching and my ability to sell our services to clients around the world.  They are priceless.  Give this book a read if you want to learn how people get things done in business!
