Rated 3 out of 5 by from What might have been This book - while cute & entertaining for any fan of the Alien films - is simply a picture book; each page is an amusing illustration with no connection to any other and without a cohesive story. The author explains in the forward that he was contacted by HR Giger's representative in the hopes of collaborating on a children's book, but unfortunately Giger died before any work could begin. Had I known it was simply illustrations, I may not have purchased it.

ALIEN.” - Overthinking It "I'm so glad this book is seeing the light of day, and if you're a fan of the franchise, absolutely pick it up." - Cinema Sentries "Joey Spiotto changes the dark, sinister world of Aliens to a cartoon with instant laughs that would fit well in the 80's and early 90's era of television." - Things To Do in LA"On the surface, the book boasts several clever gags hiding in plain sight, mostly references to the still-going franchise, facehuggers and otherwise." - Bookgasm"If you’re looking for something quirky to amuse an adult fan of the franchise, this is what you’re looking for." -  San Francisco Book Review"Spiotto takes the terrible baddie and turns it into a comical, misunderstood next door neighbor type, and it’s just precious." - Midroad Movie Review
