Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST BOOK I'VE READ IN A LONG TIME As a lifetime yo-yo dieter I was very curious to see how an Inclusive Diet could work. After reading Kris J Simpson's new book, I can clearly see the framework to not only loose weight, but more importantly to keep it off. My favorite part was paying attention to relaxation in the same way you pay attention to food intake or exercise. I also appreciated the pictures, and knowing that the author has been through this journey himself. The Inclusive Diet shows you a doable, sustainable way of moving forward with what matters - not just with your weight loss but also with all of the things you really value in your life.

It also comes with an interesting inclusive aspect related to self awareness and how self esteem and substance abuse can affect your health through unhealthy choices. The Author of the book is passionate about helping you get on track, lose weight and become self aware of health choices. The book is loaded with interactive workbook style pages. You can also connect with Kris on the web and create your own personalized life-style improvement package. Also you can join the Club, its super motivating. Who would this book be suitable for? This book is for all genders, teens, adults and seniors. It's a super resource for a friend or family member that you are concerned may have a substance abuse challenge. Would you recommend the book? Why? Absolutely! I invited Kris to present a workshop at the Calabogie Lodge, Calabogie Ontario. The presentation was well attended and received by guests. I also invited a group of women that attend a weekly AquaFit Class I coach. We all enjoyed Kris's interactive presentation. He totally had us all excited about thinking about our health, happiness and getting serious about weight loss. The results were amazing! Not only did the ladies in the group join up with the Club. I had another group of ladies ask if I could do an after work AquaFit to get them started on a healthy lifestyle and this was all due to Kris Simpson's book and workshop.

The way it was written keeps you captivated right from the start (see the preview if you don’t believe me). I highly recommend this book to anyone who has been struggling with their weight. I tried so many mainstream diets and I would lose a few pounds then gain it back AND MORE!! NO diet has ever discussed how to lose the weight and keep it off for good but this book explains the answer we’ve all been wishing we knew from the start!! I am so excited to begin this way of dieting tomorrow morning as I believe it is the new solution to shedding those unwanted pounds!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Implementing the 5-Facets into your daily life will give you the foundation for a healthy and happy lifestyle, in order to battle anything that comes your way. It will change your perspective, and change your life. I was able to turn my life around with this simple approach to weight loss and wellness. I have discovered how important it is to get active, not only in the gym but in my every day activities. On the flip side, I spend time relaxing and recharging. This book teaches you a simple way to create balance in all aspects your life. Whereby, you are able to lose weight in the same approach that you will keep the weight off; no diets, no crazy exercise regimes, just a raw and real approach that takes you to the root of the problem and provides a long term, forever solution. I will cherish the principles of this book for the rest of my life.

This is an easy to follow guide to a healthy lifestyle change. Mr. Simpson made me realize that this process isn't just physical It is also psychological and emotional. I have recommended it to many of my friends and I have given several copies as gifts.
