So simple, tells you about what slow cooker to get, and great for new cooks.

Took awhile to find canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce in Calgary. Sloppy Joes I also like the Spicy Sloppy Joes if you like it hotter Spicy Sausage Ragu Easy Barbecued Ribs Aloha Pork Chops came out "bland" for my taste.

I found that between music classes and martial arts classes 5 nights a week everything is rush rush rush. At first I wasn't comfortable leaving the crock pot on all day, but this book has made me appreciative of the time it's given me.
