Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from An interesting children's book (3.5 stars) I enjoyed this book as a child that tells a small but interesting story and appeals to my like of reading and writing. I also like the moral that sometimes the best story is not the most original one but the one that is best written and has emotionally appealing characters. Recommended for children.

From Our Editors

When Mr. Ratburn gives Arthur's class a creative writing assignment, Arthur wonders how to write a great story. D.W. yawns through his first attempt, so persistent Arthur tries again, and again and again. But with each new angle, Arthur's story moves further and further away from his original intention. Find out what happens to Arthur's hilarious story in Arthur Writes a Story. Full-colour illustrations and charming prose will delight young readers.
