Rated 5 out of 5 by from a must read! read this book after reading seveneves as i needed another amazing sci fi book, and this didn't disappoint! aurora is an original take on space exploration and the limits on humanity in that vaccuum. really made me analyze space travel in a another light, and i have been telling everyone about it since. think this book really shows how long term space exploration can effect humans who are so emotionally and physically attached to our planet, and plays on idea of whether another home could be actually replace home, whole idea of home is where the heart is right? #plumreview

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A shaggy dog story Not that shaggy dog stories are a bad thing. In fact they are very engaging when told well, and KSR does yet another great job with Aurora. He creates an amazingly plausible environment and immerses you in it, then takes you along for the ride. But don't get hung up looking for a beginning, middle, and end to this story.
