Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revolutionary One of the best series I've had the pleasure to read and watch in a while. Highly reccomend Banana Fish, but get you tissues ready.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh boy, buckle up I started reading the manga because the anime, 32 years after this manga was published, is not creating a new wave and drawing the attention of new fans like myself, and now I've buckled up to binge the series (because the weekly cliffhangers are already rough). What a complex and intense story, and I'm now invested in the two main characters' happiness.
