Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good book for new Batman readers, not so great for the Batman fans. The artwork and shots are stunning which is why I had to have this in my collection, but the story greatly lacks. A lot of action and characters which leads us to believe its a classic, which it "sort-of" is, but it lacks key aspects in plot, story, batman's character, etc. For Batman fans, I would say its worth reading, but not necessarily owning (as its not a great read to go back to).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it or hate it, this is a must read This book is very well written. This book is very well drawn. So why do fans either love or hate this book? The reason is because this book made a lot of changes to the Batman universe. I was one of the people who liked these changes. I love pretty much everything about this book except the motivation of the villain which was considerably weak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BATMAN: HUSH by Jeff Loeb & Jim Lee Jim Lee captures the dark knight like no other artist. The team of Lee and Loeb have crafted a very intriguing and exciting story with almost all of Batman's most recognizable allies and villains (Including Catwoman, Joker, Nightwing, Riddler, Robin, Scarecrow Superman). Perhaps the greatest highlights of this story are: the romance between Batman and Catwoman, the possible return of a dead allie, and a battle between Batman and Superman.

Editorial Reviews

"It's beautiful stuff. Catwoman has rarely looked so seductive, nor has Batman's heroic but fearsome image often been used so well. [HUSH] make[s] readers look at Batman and his colleagues with a fresh, enthusiastic eye."—PUBLISHERS WEEKLY, starred
