Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great resource I like how its an easy and manageable read. Reading one page a day was perfect for an on-the-go lifestyle. I think the questions posed are very telling, self reflective and realistic. Things we either don't think to ask ourselves or things we gloss over. It asks you to deepen your thought process helping you find small resolutions. Not yet finished but I like it so far. Also, if you cannot do some of the daily exercises (some require money) find something similar that you can do yourself.
