about

She could never trust him, however much she loved him ...

Del Williams is one of the hardest gangsters in Soho and on the Costa del Sol. He's got the monopoly on the drugs deals and the girls and he's feared by many. The one person he would take a bullet for is Bunny Barker, mother of their daughter Star. Bunny doesn't believe in trusting people, not even Del. People have always let her down in the past and now, working the streets of Soho, she never takes her eye off the ball.

But deep down Bunny is frightened. She's got an inability to keep anybody she loves safe and Del has a lot of enemies. When a familiar face from the distant past reappears their family is put into terrible danger and Del is a dead man walking. Can Bunny protect their daughter from her worst nightmare?

A gripping story of gangs, drugs, girls and unbreakable bonds. Perfect for fans of Martina Cole and Mandasue Heller.

JACQUI ROSE is a novelist who now lives in London, although she hails from South Yorkshire. She has always written for pleasure but the ideas in her book have come from her own experiences.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Betrayed Brilliant!! I found this book soon good that I didn't want to put it down. Every single one of Jaqui Rose's book have been like that for me, she such a good writer and she definitely does write like Martina Cole. There's not one of her books that I've been disappointed with.
