Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great update to a Classic Cookbook When I was living at home with my parents I always used their old Betty Crocker Cookbook whenever I was cooking or baking, so once I moved into my own place I knew that I needed my own copy. I went online and ordered the latest edition, and it has all of my old favourite recipes, along with a number of new ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even great for those that don't cook much! This book explains everything in great detail. It even tells you everything you will need to stock up on to make the things in the book. It has a conversion guide. Substitutions for ingredients you may not have. I love this whole book. My only complaint is the pages of the book. The pages stick together and tear when you turn them. I had to return my first one as most of the pages ripped when I went through the book. The second one wasn't as bad, but you have to take care in turning the pages the first time, as many pages are stuck together and will rip, since it is set up as a 3 ring binder.
