Rated 3 out of 5 by from Short on Story, but a Fun Read! This would normally be a book that I wouldn't care for because its really light in the story line area, but amazing enough it held my interest. Graham, who is Alpha Lupine of his silverback wolf pack, has just spotted his mate, and she is human. After spending a Friday night of passion together; he as just the weekend to convince Missy, a Kindergarten Teacher, to stay and be his mate. Why just the weekend? Because trouble is brewing in the pack, as Graham's cousin is trying cause trouble and take over as Alpha. There is some great chemistry between Graham and Missy, plus a lot funny and tender moments which made this book fun to read.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This Big Bad Wolf Was Full Of Hot Air I would like to start by saying that the fact that these books have not been published in order really bothered me. This was book number 8 in the series, but should be book number 2, as it picks up where One Bite with a Stranger (should be book 1, but is listed as book 6) leaves off. Missy (a kindergarten teacher with very little fashion sense) is trying to escape a fantasy fix set up by her friend during Regina’s (OBWS) wedding. The fix is supposed to be with a human doctor named Stephen, but instead she end up going home with Alpha werewolf Graham (a former dog whose taking a vow of celibacy). A man she’s been in love with for a long time (how long is never really made clear). Being a typical male Graham fails to notice Missy due in large part because he’s been acting as watchdog for his best friend’s woman. It isn’t until Missy literally bangs into him that Graham sees her and realises that he has found his mate. There’s just one problem. Missy is a human. I was really excited to read this book because I felt like it was the story that started it all. Pretty sure that Graham and Missy have been featured in every “Others” novel so the ending of this book was no real surprise how the story ends. But I have to be honest, this was a letdown. There was hardly any action...outside of the bedroom. I found Missy to be severely lacking in the self esteem department and Graham was too much of a supposed playboy. The villain was just annoying and the secondary characters were practically nonexistent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big, Bad and very yummy! Missy doesn't want to be put through "the fix" her friends have set up for her, she just wants to be at home instead of at this party. At home she could at least be fantasizing about the man she really wants, and wish he would actually notice her. When she makes a mad dash from the party and literally runs into this brick wall of a chest she has no idea how her life is about to change. Graham decided that women were no longer holding any interest for him and was just plain bored. That is until he's at his friends party and notices a woman he can't take his eyes off of, and when she is trying to get away from her friends and offers to make his night memorable, how could he resist taking her back to his place. Graham is were and soon realizes that Missy is his mate, but there is a slight problem, she is human. Now it doesn't matter to him, but to the rest of the were pack, it could be disasterous. Missy is suddenly put into the were world and Graham has trouble brewing. He doesn't want to move his and Missy's relationship to fast and scare her off, but he may not have a choice. This might be my favourite out of all her books!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the Best Ever! I don't know how the author does it but this book is amazing!! The book was pure genius! Its now one of my top favourites. Its funny, sweet, exciting, and very worth the read. My sisters usually just borrow books from me if they love the book but they love it SO much that they want to but their own copies!! I hope she keeps them coming because all I want to do is read more but I have already read them all. The book in such a short time has seen a LOT of love! The book looks like it needs replacing. ;) This author is diffenately worth time and paper. So pick up her books, you won't be disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened ? I used to love her books but the last couple have been so disappointing. This book was very short and there was very little character development. I know that we have read about Missy and Graham before but it still would have been good to learn a bit more about them. Instead it was basically them gettin' it on for probably more than 1/2 of the book, and not that there is anything wrong with that but then then book should have been longer as what little dialog there was was really good. Also I wish these books would stop coming out in such weired orders. I will read the next one in the series but if it doesn't improve I'm done.
