Rated 5 out of 5 by from Folly Beach A great read! Ms. Frank sweeps you into life in South Carolina's Lowcountry so vividly that you swear you can feel the beach sand between your toes, see the palmetto fronds swaying in the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean and hear the waves lapping the shore. I highly recommend Folly Beach.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Folly Beach A new facet to Ms. Benton Frank's writing skill's. While her previous book, "Bulls Island" was different than her former writing, this one had the 30's touch, great characters and turned out to be one of her best. I hope she finds something "low country " to once again capture our fancy. I can't believe we haven't all sold up and moved there ourselves!
