Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book for transitioning to plant based foods This was one of the first vegan cookbooks I bought when we decided to go plant based. There are lots of good recipes here, though some are a little bland for us! I especially like Individual Provencal Tarts, the New Potato Rendang and the smoked tempeh and squash burritos. There are 350 recipes so the book is value for money!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful Vegan Cookbook It's full of wonderful, tasty recipes that will having you craving for more. I had this book for about a year but I'm writing the review now because I wanted to try some recipes and because I also cook from other Vegan or Vegetarian cookbooks. There might not be a photo with every recipe but it has a lot of various recipes for you try. I personally love these: Cashew-Brown Rice Loaf, Indonesian Rice Noodles, and Curried Cauliflower Soup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Resource I received this cookbook as a gift last year and it is one of my favourite resources for new recipes. I love it and cook from it often, close to once a week. There are many different categories of recipes, with plenty for all different types of tastes. I especially love how a lot of the recipes offer tips for how to customize it to your tastes or how to use a component in a larger meal. Also, it's a fantastic book for anyone who is new to veganism or is even just considering it. There is a chapter completely devoted to how to balance your diet without meat and dairy and lots of explanations about ingredients people unfamiliar with vegan cooking may need. Whenever I look for something new to try, this is one of the first places I look, I highly recommend it to anyone, omnivore, vegetarian or vegan.
