Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointing While there is some good information, such as the idea and food plan behind The Biggest Loser, I found most of the recipes disappointing. I've had the book for 2 years and maybe made 3 recipes. They are just not for me I guess. I wouldn't say don't buy it, but if you can pick it up for less than cover price I suggest that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Plain I was excited to get my cookbook until I actually opened it and looked through the recipes. I can't believe how uninteresting a lot of them are. I expected some new ideas and recipes, but it seems a lot of the recipes are something you'd find on the side of a sauce container or whipped topping tub. Even those recipes are a llittle more interesting and less plain. I wanted to be excited about cooking new things, not chopping a banana and putting caramel sauce on it. This cookbook would be fine for someone who has never cooked before and has absolutely no idea how to prepare a recipe. If you are an experienced cook, I do not recommend it.
