Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the bitty books We love the bitty books and the messages they communicate. It's kind of hard to figure out the best way to explain certain things to young kids, but the books do a good job. My daughter wants to make friends with everyone now partially to have a tea party I think. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Bitty Baby book We have collected almost all of the Bitty Baby books in this series and this is my daughters favorite. Not only does she like tea parties, but she likes that not everyone is the same or has to like the same things, which is the message of this book. I would recommend all these books as they also have a section in the back for parents which is a good read to understand how they are growing and developing at this age. I wish they would make more in this series. We have also enjoyed getting the clothing that corresponds to the books.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Message My daughter likes this book a lot. I LOVE that it encouraged girls to be friends with other children that may seem different from them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute Book I purchased this book as a set with the Bitty Baby doll for my daughter and she loved it! I love that it is a hard cover book, but wished there were options for board books as well. My daughter is 2.5, so paper pages and book sleeves get ruined very easily!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tea Party We bought this book for one of our granddaughters last Christmas. It is special for us because tea parties are one of our things. We like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Story Another amazing story. Love the story and beautiful illustrations. My daughter is always reading to her bitty baby (which I of course love watching her love of reading bloom). We also got her the fuzzy hedgehog that is in the story she sits with her baby and hedgehog reading g and looking at the photos together. Your child will read this story again and again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lesson! All of the Bitty Baby books teach great little lessons in a quick and relatable way for young ones. This one teaches that you don't have to have all the same interests to be somebody's friends, which I love. This is currently our favorite bedtime story, because my daughter thinks it's funny that the hedgehog eats flowers. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Appropriate For All Ages This story is so cute! The little girl loves tea parties, dolls and dress-up just like my niece. We have struggled to learn how to play together when we don't have a lot in common. It's a good lesson for everyone to learn, not just small children. The illustrations are very sweet, I love the hedgehog and the multicultural children.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet story! I love the entire collection of BB books. I appreciate the gentle way the concept of sharing and "difference" are handled in this particular one. The entire collection including the book, hedgehog, tea set and mix&match clothing is wonderfully crafted I will be gifting this collection to several little girls in the family.
