about

"Blackmail Boyfriend is truly a wonderful novel so this is definitely highly recommended for everyone!" -Victoria, Revenge of the Feels

Haley Patterson has had a crush on golden boy Bryce Colton for ages. But when she hears a rumor that he hooked up with her she gives him a choice: be her boyfriend for a month to show other guys that she's dateable-despite her overprotective and very intimidating brothers-or deal with the angry, cage-fighting boyfriend of the girl he actually did hook up with.

Bryce didn't know the other Haley even had a boyfriend. He was just trying to get his ex off his back. And now, not only is he being blackmailed, he's being blackmailed by an honor student. His new "girlfriend" has two three-legged dogs, her father mows grass at the country club, and she's...well, difficult. And different.

Can something so fake turn into something real?

Disclaimer: This Entangled Teen Crush book contains one epic misunderstanding, two best friends’ flirtation on the side, and three-legged dogs. Warning: do not try this blackmail at home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was ok An ok book. It was honestly really interesting in the beginning, but it kind of dies down after a while...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute and light romance full of laughs That was super cute! I wasn't expecting to enjoy this book as much as I did. The sweet little story with not much in terms of conflict just minor hiccups, nothing really earth shattering or defining. But what the story did have was a lot of laughs. This was by far one of the cutest and funniest books I've read in a while. The interactions between each character were very realistic. The chemistry between Haley and Blake was a great. They're teasing and their banter, even their pestering was cute and flirty and really funny. But by far I think I enjoyed Jane's character the most. She was a great best friend and honest - maybe to honest. It was really great to see her get her happily ever after. One of the best things about this story, was how the girls were portrayed. They aren't weak, they aren't fake and they most definitely aren't stupid. Sure they have your typical moments of weakness but all in all they're pretty strong and fierce female characters. I love their ability to snark back to any character that tries to bring them down. If you're looking for a cute, fun read with strong girls and an adorable romance then this is the book for you. The characters will worm their way into your heart, make you laugh and genuinely hope for the best for them. The characters are well developed and their chemistry believable. This is definitely a light romance, in the sense that there isn't any huge drama aside from a crazy ex-girlfriend, a domineering father and a healthy dose of wacky and opinionated family members and animals. “I received a free ARC copy of the book from the author-publisher via NetGalley for my honest opinion. I was in no way compensated for this review and all opinions are expressly my own”

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blackmail Boyfriend I loved everything about this book. This book can relate to real life, one has money no doesn't, social groups think they shouldn't be together, but the heart wants what the heart wants and that it.
