This is an easy to understand plan for good nutrition and proper exercise. A person who knows nothing about exercise can easily follow the workouts and achieve good results. The plan allows for one cheat day each week, so you never feel deprived. I have found no other book that compares to this one if you want to successfully lose weight. I began the program last summer and over about seven months I lost fifty pounds -- and gained about 10 pounds of muscle. I highly recommend the book to anyone, regardless of your age or fitness level.
