Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT UNDERSTIMATE THIS BOOK! I got better results off the discipline given to me by The Sarge in this book than in six months of gym work. Though apparently demanding, every action and thought optimizes the others for excellent results. Stretching to prevent DOMS soreness is worth the book just by itself. Excellent all in all =0)

From Our Editors

Yuppie fitness mutations with names like ‘tae-bo’ and ‘boxercise’ come and go, but the no-nonsense, practical approach to fitness will always remain as prescribed in Boot Camp. In this guide, fitness experts Patrick “The Sarge” Avon and Maryann Karinch take you on a fitness tour of duty that includes determining your fitness rank, reporting to a mess hall filled with the right kind of foods and more exercise routines than you’ll find at any namby-pamby aerobics class. Attention! This book is for you soldier!
