Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiring read Little Princes is an engaging account of Conor Grennan's experience when he volunteers at the Little Princes orphanage in Nepal. His humour and descriptions of what life is like for many children and families in Nepal will keep you glued to the book as you take part in the roller coaster ride with him. Not only a wonderful read, but an important one to learn about what is happening in other parts of the world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiring read This book is so inspiring, the true story of a young man who started out to take a year and travel for his own enjoyment. To challenge his peers who criticized his selfish motives he went to Tibet first. Here he encountered unbelievable poverty and the unconditional love of children in an orphanage. The experience changed him and to this day he volunteers and works in support of Tibet's children, The Little Princes. You won't want to put this book down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiring read This book is very easy to read and hard to put down. The author describes his experience in sincere terms but without being mushy. Not everyone could do what this author did - leave his job and go help people in another part of the world, but this book does show what one can do if you are determined.I recommended this book to friends. It is good without being vulgar. It should be added to high school curricula.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiring read A beautiful and inspirational book on how to live, how to help yourself and how to help others. Through Connors storytelling I felt like I was right there beside him. I actually wanted to be there beside him while at the orphanage meeting and teaching the children. The scenery of the landscape, the emotions of the villagers and children in this books is so captivating. The beginning of a journey turned into a life long mission is absolutely inspiring and heart warming. I finished this book in one sitting! I also couldn't help but buy a copy for each friend for their birthday in 2009!
