There's a little bit of science talk, but i found the mix of the basic science theories, reason and disciplined practice creates presumed impossibles.

It explains the connections between the ways we think and feel and how that in turn creates the external world around us that we experience, in a way that is easy to follow and understand. Filled with practical applications and the meditation process to teach us how to change our minds, it is a refreshing way to look at the law of attraction from a more scientific perspective including biology and quantum physics.
