Continue Echo and Noah's story in book 6 of Katie McGarry's award winning Pushing The Limits series

A summer road trip changes everything in this unforgettable new tale from acclaimed author Katie McGarry

For new high school graduate Echo Emerson, a summer road trip out West with her boyfriend means getting away and forgetting what makes her so different. It means seeing cool sights while selling her art at galleries along the way. And most of all, it means almost three months alone with Noah Hutchins, the hot, smart, soul-battered guy who's never judged her. Echo and Noah share everything-except the one thing Echo's just not ready for.

But when the source of Echo's constant nightmares comes back into her life, she has to make some tough decisions about what she really wants-even as foster kid Noah's search for his last remaining relatives forces them both to confront some serious truths about life, love and themselves.

Now, with one week left before college orientation, jobs and real life, Echo must decide if Noah is more than the bad-boy fling everyone warned her he'd be. And the last leg of an amazing road trip will turn seriously epic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Emotions. So many emotions. I’m struggling with finishing this series. It’s hard for me to think that this is over. I’ve fallen in love with how perfectly the stories intertwine with each other, and how much I want to know more about the characters. I’m also struggling with the fact that this might be my favorite book from the series. Isaiahs is my favorite, and I think this is a tie with it. It had not only Echo and Noah but Beth and Isaiah before their worlds changed. The three of them in one book is absolutely incredible. This book was so much more intimate than the other books I’ve read from Katie. Not in a sexual way, but in a way that is relatable. ( I’ll get to the sexy stuff in a moment.) Being able to open up and share experiences with someone is such a personal risk. When you have a history and struggle with demons it can be hard to open yourself up. Both of their pasts came back in a way that they didn’t see coming. Noah with his mother’s family, and Echo with not only her brothers death but her mother. You also see how Noah learns to trust in Echo more when it comes to doing stuff on her own. You can only threaten to beat up this so much before it takes a toll on your relationship. In this book, you see Noah and Echo taking the plunge in their relationship when it comes to sex. The conversation and emotions that come with making that big step in a relationship. Echo felt the same way a lot of other people do in everyday life. It’s intimidating when you’re still a Virgin, and your partner has had his fair share of fun. It was incredible the way Noah made sure she knew her choice. You not only got to see Echos fear about the change in their sexual position but Noah’s as well. The fear that she has trusted her with something so precious. Something she could have given to anyone but it was him. Not Luke, him. You can feel the love and bond between them. It’s like it comes off the pages and surges into your feelings. You know when they say that they have each other’s backs that it’s true. The story was based on a lot more than this moment, and that’s the best part. You get to see how their pasts are affecting them and how it causes them to come together in a new way as not only a couple but as people. Hunter is one of my most liked characters out of the entire series. I don’t trust him. I understand WHY he pushed Echo before the gallery showing but I feel like it could have made the situation a lot worse than how it played out. That could have caused something more serious to happen, and I don’t fully agree with it. plus, let’s be real. He seems like a giant douche bag. The BEST part of this book – Isaiah was in it! Okay, not THE best but I’m still stoked. If you loved Pushing the Limits and enjoyed Echo and Noah, you NEED to read this. It was glorious. ALSO – If you preordered Walk The Edge and sent in your proof of purchase, you will get your hands on The Proposal! Which is also Echo and Noah! *Flails* I am SO freaking excited for this guys!
