What happens when an angel falls? Find out in Book 4 of Cynthia Eden’s “Bad Things” series, BROKEN ANGEL.

Angel Lila is being hunted—she can feel the hunter closing in behind her. Every move she makes, he’s stalking after her. But does the werewolf on her trail want to destroy her—or can he protect her from the growing darkness that she is trying so desperately to fight?

Werewolf Rayce Lovel doesn’t know what to do with an angel—especially one who makes him think too much about paradise. Lila may be heavenly, but every time he’s near her, Rayce wants to sin. Angels aren’t supposed to feel, but Lila was introduced to the world by way of pain. Pain is all she’s known for far too long, and now, Rayce is tempted to introduce gorgeous Lila to pleasure.

But the longer an angel stays out of heaven, the more dangerous she can become. Lila sinks deeper into the darkness with each night that passes, and she finds herself becoming a pawn in an eternal battle…good versus evil. Is Rayce really her protector? Perhaps he is just the hungry wolf who has been sent to ensure that Lila never sets foot back in her paradise.

A fallen angel has a bad side…and that side is about to be set free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Broken Angel" by Cynthia Eden. Book 4 in the Bad Things series. I just finished reading this book May 31, 2017. This is my review. Loving this series and this new addition about Rayce and Lila was just as excellent as all the rest. Rayce is a werewolf and he was introduced in the series right from book 1 "The Devil in Disguise" and he's shown up in all the other books so far, helping tie all the books in the series together. Lila is a fallen angel and she was introduced back in book 2 "On the Prowl". In book 2, Rayce helps save Lila when she and some other paranormal woman were being held prisoner. I'm so happy that Rayce and Lila finally get their HEA. Rayce has known that Lila is his mate since the first time he saw her when helping rescue her and others from a madman. He's been tracking her ever since, trying to find her. When he finally does? He won't let her out of his sight again. There is a definite attraction between them. The problem is, because she's a fallen angel and has spent too much time on earth, she may be turning into something else. Rayce doesn't care. He loves Lila no matter what she turns into. Lila is a fallen angel and she's on the run. She's being hunted by two different people! Well not exactly people...a werewolf and another person who may or may not be human. When the werewolf, Rayce, finally catches her, she feels desire for him! When an angel spends too much time on earth, they are hit with all the human emotions at once. And it's very overwhelming. Lila knows that something is "wrong" with her. She just hopes she can figure it out soon. Because staying on earth with Rayce is becoming more and more attractive. OH! I can't really say too much else or I'd be spoiling the plot. But I must say, the plot in this book is excellent. Like all the other books, the story starts off fast, right from the get-go. Excellent villain in this book. And Lila ends up having quite a sad past. Again, the twins Luke and Leo show up in this book. It was quite interesting to find out how Leo has impacted Lila's current situation. So many twists and turns in the plot. Action, adventure, passion. This book has it all. The passion between Rayce and Lila was excellent. Overall, I really loved this book and I can't wait to start the next one. I highly recommend this book (and the series as a whole).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Undead Or Alive" by Cynthia Eden. Book 3 in the Bad Things series. I just finished reading this book May 29, 2017. This is my review. My favourite book of the far! Cass (Cassius) and Amber are new characters to the series so you can totally read this book as a stand alone. However, if you read the series in order, you will understand the ongoing series plot line about twins Luke and Leo and their prophecy much better. Cass is a Reaper. He's been working for Luke and his latest mission is to capture a woman named Amber. Cass usually doesn't ask questions about the jobs he taken but when Amber doesn't smell like a paranormal, he's pretty sure she's human. And he won't be doing this job without something in return. He wants to be able to touch a woman. He wants to find his mate and not kill her with his hands. Because the old stories about Reapers are not exactly true. His death power is only in his hands. And the gloves he wears are the only thing keeping others alive if he touches them. Amber is nothing like any woman Cass has seen before. But can he give her up when he brings Amber to Luke and Luke fulfills his deal? Amber can't believe there's a Reaper following her! She was really hoping Luke and Leo had forgotten about her and her powers. When Cass magically bonds her to him for 48 hours, she's stunned. But Cass wrongly thinks she human! Maybe she can use that to her advantage. Because she will NOT be brought back to Luke! The problem is, she can only get 5 feet away from him! Which makes their sleeping arrangements...interesting. Absolutely loved this book! The story line starts off quick and the twists and turns to the plot start right away. Great buildup to finding out what kind of paranormal creature Amber is. I don't give spoilers in my reviews so all I can say is this book is fantastic! Lots of action. Lots of drama. Excellent chemistry between Cass and Amber. If I could give this book more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend it.
