Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'm trying to calm the f*ck down with this book! As someone who is going through a lot at the moment, I thought this book would help me let go of the things I cannot control. This book is helping me find a little more balance in my every day life. It definitely is not earth-shattering advice, but it helps to try the different techniques and exercises Knight offers. The one thing that is *slightly* turning me off, is she keeps plugging in her other books and revelations from the rest of her series. Though I'm sure they all offer some good insight, I am only trying to calm the f*ck down at the moment.
