Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Life Saver ~ I recently made the lifestyle change to stop eating meat and go strictly vegetarian, and this cookbook has been my go to for absolutely EVERYTHING. I love how easy the recipes are to make, it has great pictures [Because, really, who's going to want a cookbook without pictures?] and I love the variety of meal options in this cookbook. Definitely a must have for new vegetarians, and for people wanting to explore the vegetarian lifestyle. Or anyone just looking for a really, really good cookbook. ^_^

It has not been a sacrifice to go without meat. I can't wait to try more. The recipes are very easy to follow. Great book.
