Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many ingredients and too saucy I love cooking that relies on herbs and fresh ingredients in recipes, I was disappointed in this book as I found the recipes to rely on many sauces like ketchup, mustard, HP etc and for me it's just over powering the actual food. The ingredient lists are long as well.
