This is not a book by designers for designers; this is a book for creative leaders seeking to infuse design thinking into every level of an organization‚ product‚ or service to drive new alternatives for business and society.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideo never disappoints I took the ideo course on Change by design. Even though the topic and the course are from the same company the materials are very different. Change by design, like its name, takes a designers perspective to change and application of change. This is a recommended book on designing change, provided you already have some experience to relate to the application of design they suggest in the book.
