Rated 5 out of 5 by from a bbq book unlike any others this was a book that i bought on a whim, it is not something that you will follow for a weeknight dinner, but the techniques that are shown in this book takes bbq to a whole new level great ideas and completely a game changer, can't recommend this one enough
