Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've loved every recipe I've tried! I've bought two of these cookbooks! One for myself and one for a family member! We've both LOVED every recipe we've tried! The recipes are delicious and quick (most recipes prepared in 30 minutes or less)! My boyfriend is a HUGE fan of Chicken Parmesan and the Skinny Chicken Parmesan with Spinach recipe didn't fail to impress as well as satisfy his "comfort food" craving! I'd highly recommend this cook book to both beginners and/or busy families!
